Shipping Policy
How long does it take to process and deliver my order?
We are extremely proud to process all orders within 1 to 12 hours of order placement.
We ship exclusively through The Courier Guy, who typically delivers orders within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
For outlying areas, delivery may take up to 4 days. While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by The Courier Guy's delivery schedule and cannot guarantee specific delivery times or dates.
All website orders are processed and shipped from our Workshop in Lanseria, South Africa.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the size, weight of the parcel, and the delivery area. These charges are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.
We currently ship only within South Africa. International customers are welcome to arrange their own courier service. Please contact us via:

In-store Pickup
Skip the shipping fees with our free in-store pickup option, available at our Workshop in Lanseria.
Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email notification from us. Please wait for this confirmation before visiting the workshop.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Use this tracking number to monitor your parcel's delivery status directly with The Courier Guy.
Do you offer express or same-day delivery?
Black Dragon Forge is located in the Crocodile River Reserve, a stunning natural area covering approximately 3,500 hectares of land and proclaimed a Nature Reserve in October 2019.
As part of the tradeoff for being in this picturesque environment, The Courier Guy collects from us only once a day, and collection times vary. Therefore, we are unable to offer express or same-day delivery at this time.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it's placed?
No, cancellations or modifications are not possible once an order has been placed and paid for.
We use Shopify, YOCO, and PayFast as our payment gateways, and these platforms do not allow changes to an order after payment has been processed.
