I have bought both a postbox and a Damascus forge from Neels. Both have had hundreds of hours of use over a period of about seven years and have never given any hassles. Sometimes three or four bladesmiths use them at once and they run all day. Neels' after-service support and preparedness to give helpful advice are legendary. I have also never known his keen sense of humour and indomitable spirit to falter. I cannot recommend Neels and Black Dragon Forge highly enough. They are great! Despite the fact that his forges are not gas guzzlers (ok, Damascus runs two cylinders and can get a little expensive!) I sometimes just wish that he would supply free gas! My wife was in the forge the other day and asked: "Why do you have three huge gas bottles?" Please use him, you won't be disappointed.
